As the number of single family homes for sale in Hernando County continues to drop now may be a great time for prospective seller's to list!  Lower inventory levels typically translate to increased selling prices, less days on market and more showings.  There are currently 2,047 single family homes for sale and the number has been dropping steadily month to month.  Could be good news for local builders!  Too early to call it a market turn around as we still have a lot of distressed (foreclosure and short sale) properties for sale and in the pipeline, but this could be a window of opportunity any prospective sellers!
